Job summary

United Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Associate to support Account Managers by providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and preparing proposals. You will develop relationships with clients, carriers, and teammates, while expanding knowledge of insurance coverages.

The role requires organization, multitasking, and strong communication skills, with licensing target within 90 days. Compensation includes salary plus commission and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Organized, multitask capable, with strong time management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive team-oriented relationship with colleagues.
• Answer incoming calls and assist as appropriate.
• Process transactions per agency workflows and prepare proposals.
• Assist Account Managers with client and carrier interactions in EPIC.
• Meet or exceed job responsibilities and contribute to workflow improvements.
