Job summary

INSURICA, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle sales and service for key clients. You will respond to requests, assist producers, and market activities to meet service standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, renewing policies, remarketing non-standard policies, quoting, and maintaining client records. Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting and agency systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 previous personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• CISR and other related designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and office visitors requesting changes to existing coverage and new policies.
• Review renewals and remarket; solicit increases in coverage and cross-sell.
• Process renewals, complete applications, and collect premiums when applicable.
• Rate, quote, and place coverages using rating systems or websites.
• Maintain client accounts in the agency management system and log interactions.
