Job summary

The Jonus Group in Fowler, CA is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage home, auto, jewelry, art, boats, and flood policies while delivering outstanding client service.

This role handles renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, assists with quotes, and keeps precise records in the agency management system. You will collaborate with the Personal Lines Manager to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 1+ year in an insurance agency setting; Farmers Insurance experience is a plus.
• Software: Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts including renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and marketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with Personal Lines Manager and team to ensure seamless account management.
