Job summary

Frankenmuth Insurance is seeking a qualified insurance professional to provide frontline customer service and participate in front line underwriting of current business. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, complete risk assessments, and thoroughly underwrite at time of quote, binding and issuance.

We require two to four years of related experience or training, an Associate's degree, and a Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year college/technical school or equivalent.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains working relationship with customers and agents.
• Responds to inquiries regarding insurance availability and eligibility of policy and coverages; reviews policy coverages and options.
• Completes risk assessments and underwriting for new business quotes and endorsements; binds coverage.
• Solicits sale of new or additional services or products; completes policy changes.
