Job summary

NavSav is hiring a Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in one of our local offices in the United States. The role requires a Property and Casualty license, strong sales ability, and excellent communication skills.

You will build relationships with clients, present insurance options, and work toward monthly sales targets while leveraging uncapped commission and our training resources. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to multi-task, and comfortable working

Qualifications

• License to sell Property & Casualty Insurance required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing 45+ WPM and good computer skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, products and objections.
• Learn products, services and systems; participate in agency training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following set processes.
• Promote new business, cross-sell and pursue initiatives to grow agency.
