Job summary

NavSav is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer in our Florida office to drive new business growth. You will establish and nurture client relationships, selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV and Umbrella coverages while meeting monthly sales quotas.

The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, has strong communication skills, and can work independently with a proactive, self-starting attitude. On-site position with training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain.
• Sales experience preferred and strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our processes.
• Promote new business through referrals and cross-selling.
