Job summary

NavSav is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in one of our local offices. In this role you will establish and nurture relationships with clients while selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and Umbrella insurance through our carrier network.

You will work in a fast-growing, independent agency environment, leveraging uncapped commissions, a competitive base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good operational computing skill; typing 45+ WPM.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
• Utilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.
