NavSav Insurance in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in our local office. You will build relationships, sell Auto/Home/Vehicle coverage, and respond to inquiries while embracing training and our processes.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skill and typing 45+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products.
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes.
• Contribute to agency success through promoting new business and cross-selling.
