NavSav Insurance seeks a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in a local Beaumont office. Join a rapidly expanding independent agency with access to 150+ carriers, offering uncapped commissions and a solid base.

The role emphasizes establishing client relationships, selling Auto/Home/Motorcycle/Umbrella, meeting sales quotas, and training with the agency. Licensed individuals with strong communication skills are preferred and supported by benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers).

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products.
• Familiarize with products, services and systems; participate in agency training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following set processes.
• Contribute to agency success through promoting new business and cross-selling.
