Job summary

NavSav Insurance in the United States is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in a local office. NavSav is a rapidly growing independent agency with 75+ locations and access to 150+ carriers to boost retention and close rates.

You will establish and maintain client relationships, selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, and more. Training is provided, with a focus on meeting monthly sales quotas and contributing to agency success.

Qualifications

• Licensed for Property and Casualty insurance.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and objections.
• Become familiar with products and participate in agency training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Contribute to agency success through cross-selling and new initiatives.
• Utilize multiple resources: calls, referrals, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts.
