Job summary

NavSav Insurance in Texas is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in a local office. You will establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella policies, and more, while meeting monthly sales quotas.

This role requires a Property and Casualty license, strong communication, and a self-driven mindset. You’ll leverage inbound/outbound leads, referrals, and marketing initiatives, with an uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products.
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes.
• Contribute to agency success through promoting new business and cross-selling.
• Utilize multiple resources to ensure success (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, marketing, social media).
