Responsibilities

• Market and sell personal lines insurance policies, quote and place coverage.
• Foster referral relationships with real estate professionals to maximize sales.
• Provide work direction to new business specialists to ensure timely onboarding.
• Actively monitor and report to management any circumstances that may lead to potential or actual insurance errors and omissions claim, DOI or related complaints.
• Remain current on industry trends and underwriting requirements; follow procedures.
• Ensure license remains current and take CEUs as needed.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
