Zusammenfassung

Shared Success Center is seeking an insurance professional to assess clients' risk exposures and place appropriate personal lines coverage for property risks. You will market and sell policies, quote and place coverage, and educate clients on options.

The role emphasizes building referral relationships with real estate agents, office managers, mortgage brokers, and ensuring timely onboarding, compliance and ongoing licensing. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
• Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred.
• Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.

Aufgaben

• Market and sell personal lines insurance policies; proactively contact leads, quote and place coverage.
• Identify and assess client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Foster referral relationships with real estate personnel to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide work direction to new business specialists for timely onboarding.
• Monitor and report potential or actual insurance errors and omissions or complaints.
• Remain current on industry trends and carrier underwriting requirements.
• Ensure license remains current and take CEUs as needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
