Jonus Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an independent insurance agency in Florida. The role focuses on personal lines with some exposure to commercial lines, handling policy changes, renewals, and quotes while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, has 2–3 years in insurance customer service, and is proficient with QQCatalyst. This onsite role offers a collaborative team environment and potential hybrid flexibility

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an insurance customer service or account management role.
• Active P&C license required.
• Experience with personal lines and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Process policy changes and endorsements.
• Assist with quoting and renewals.
• Remarket home and auto policies to ensure competitive coverage.
• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with some commercial exposure.
• Maintain client records using QQCatalyst or similar agency management software.
• Communicate with carriers to facilitate policy changes and coverage.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient account management.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Complete service requests accurately and timely.
