• Understand the personal lines insurance marketplace to meet client needs.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward clients, colleagues and vendors.
• Demonstrate customer relationship skills and use division products to meet client needs.
• Manage a group of clients and cooperate with colleagues to serve all clients within the division.
• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous and customer-focused service to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of activity in agency data management systems.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
