Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to obtain licenses/certifications for the division.

Responsibilities

• Understand personal lines insurance marketplace to meet client needs.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional demeanor with clients, colleagues and vendors.
• Demonstrate communication and customer relationship skills to meet client needs.
• Manage a standard-sized or moderately complex group of clients with team support.
• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, customer-focused service.
• Provide feedback to the Division manager on process efficiency and goals.
• Maintain accurate, complete, timely records in agency/partner systems.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and BLUEprint values daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
