Job summary

Blue Ridge Risk Partners in Greenbelt, MD seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Associate to support Account Managers in day-to-day processing and client service. You will handle policy renewals, billing questions, ID cards, and coordination with clients, carriers, and mortgagees, while maintaining high accuracy and strong client relations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 12 months of hire.
• Strong client-service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier activity reports and renewals; assist with reinstatements or direct to Account Manager.
• Assist with payment processing and billing questions for Personal Lines clients.
• Pull renewals from carrier sites and assign to Account Manager.
• Process Mortgagee changes and send Auto ID Cards per procedures.
• Identify account rounding opportunities and communicate with the Account Manager.
• Interact with clients via in-person, phone, and email; maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
