Our client is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their established, community-oriented agency. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, processing transactions, and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Process customer policy changes and premium payments promptly and accurately
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction, answer questions, and offer additional coverage options
• Present and explain policy options based on each client’s needs
• Share information on new products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster client retention and loyalty
• Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and tact

Qualifications:

• Active Personal Lines P&C license
• At least 2 years of experience in an agency setting
• Positive, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor
• Strong multitasking and follow-through abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service expertise and relationship-building skills
• Goal-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience -- range $50,000 to $70,000
