About the job:

Full Time (40 Hours per week) In-Office at our Lynn, MA location

The Personal Lines Customer Service Rep is responsible for;

• Preparation of automobile registration forms (RTAs)
• Binders
• Processing of Policy Changes
• Maintain accurate client account and contact information on agency management system
• Maintain follow-up and suspense items on a daily basis, creating clear and accurate activities after client/company contact
• Work closely with producers and sales team to build strong client relationships and to enhance the quality of customer service
• Compiles, organizes and maintains client information to process new business, renewals, endorsements and certificates of insurance

Requirements Include:

• Three years experience in an independent property and casualty insurance agency based in Massachusetts.
• Experience with AMS 360 is preferred
• Must have working knowledge of insurance rating software, Microsoft Office, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Attention to detail, deadlines and ability to multi-task
• MA Broker’s P&C License is Preferred
