Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager for a Salem, MA area independent insurance agency. You will manage personal lines accounts end-to-end, including renewals, endorsements, and policy processing, servicing both new and renewal business across Home, Auto, Umbrella risks.

Ideal candidates have a Massachusetts Personal Lines license, 3+ years’ experience, and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Personal Lines License.
• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Applied EPIC experience required.
• Strong servicing, processing, and client relationship skills.
• Experience quoting both new and renewal business.

What you’ll do:

Manage personal lines accounts end-to-end, including renewals, endorsements, policy processing, and client service. This role supports both new and renewal business and works across Home, Auto, Umbrella, and related personal lines coverage.
