Richard R. Green Insurance Agency Inc in Monson, MA is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as the friendly voice for clients and guide them through coverage decisions.

You will review client accounts annually, process endorsements and renewals, prepare quotes, support producers, and document interactions in our internal systems while helping our tight-knit team deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active MA Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Three+ years of personal lines account management experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, answering questions regarding their coverage and policy changes.
• Review client accounts annually to ensure coverages remain appropriate for their evolving lifestyles.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with precision and care.
• Support the agency producers by preparing quotes and gathering necessary underwriting information.
• Document all client interactions accurately within our internal software systems.
• Collaborate with our small, tight-knit team to resolve complex client concerns and claims issues.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Strong proficiency in Agency Management Systems.

Deep understanding of homeowners and automobile insurance coverages.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in an office setting.
