Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager in Personal Lines to guide clients through key decisions, manage renewals independently, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage. • 1–3 years’ experience in insurance or client service, managing Personal Lines accounts independently.
• Active P&C license with solid knowledge of coverage and underwriting fundamentals.
• Strong product expertise with ability to clearly explain complex coverage concepts.
• Client-focused, able to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Clear communicator who translates technical details into simple, actionable insights.
• Adaptable and tech-savvy, leveraging tools to improve efficiency and service.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service and coverage guidance.
• Independently manage renewals, review policies, update details, and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Build strong relationships by simplifying complex coverage and enabling confident client decisions.
• Conduct risk-focused conversations to identify exposures and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strengthen accounts by identifying gaps and supporting cross-sell and rounding opportunities.
• Support remarketing efforts to secure optimal coverage and pricing aligned to client needs.
• Resolve moderately complex inquiries with sound judgment, balancing speed, accuracy, and client impact.
• Deliver a consistent, people-first experience through strong communication and technical expertise.
• Use digital tools and evolving platforms to drive efficient, smarter service
