Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Senior Client Service Manager to lead the Personal Lines account management team, deliver high-quality client service, support growth, and retain business across North America.

You will mentor staff, allocate workload, partner on retention and new business, and be the primary contact for clients, prospects, and internal teams, ensuring regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience recommended.
• Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and oversee performance for an account management team.
• Coordinate team workload and staffing to ensure coverage and effective client support.
• Partner with colleagues to support client retention efforts and generate new personal lines business.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Senior Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for a personal lines account management team to deliver high-quality client service, support business growth, and achieve retention objectives. This role oversees team performance, staffing, and workload distribution while fostering talent development through training and mentoring. The position also serves as a key relationship manager for clients, prospects, producers, and internal stakeholders, addressing complex client needs and supporting sales and retention strategies in alignment with compliance and professional standards.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to complex questions and resolving escalated service issues.
• Deliver best-in-class client service to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client loyalty.
• Maintain a strong understanding of changing market conditions, industry trends, and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, professional, and transparency standards in all client and business interactions.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• At least 3 years of management experience recommended
• Property & Casualty License
• Personal Lines Insurance experience
