Highstreet Insurance Services is seeking a thoughtful Personal Lines Client Executive to join our local team in Hanover, PA. You will be the go-to expert for clients, guiding them through life transitions and ensuring proper coverage of homes, vehicles, and assets.

You will review policies, manage renewals, and collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive rates. Strong communication, license, and 3+ years in personal insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Three or more years of experience managing personal insurance portfolios.
• Experience with agency management systems and accurate client records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, managing renewals and policy changes.
• Review policies to identify gaps and suggest improvements to protect clients.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive rates and coverage terms.
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
• Provide guidance during the claims process and support clients during stressful moments.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture by sharing knowledge.
