Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency's East Region is seeking an Associate Account Manager to retain existing Personal Lines accounts and help grow new business. You will provide prompt, high-quality service to designated accounts, supporting agency and personal line standards and procedures.

Qualifications include prior Personal Lines experience, an understanding of Personal Lines underwriting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in similar position or customer service in Personal Lines.
• Must have or be near obtaining required state insurance licenses.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Account Management services to Personal Lines accounts as assigned and manage a book of business between 800k and 1.2M in Premium Volume.
• Market new business and existing accounts; prepare and present proposals to clients/prospects.
• Perform renewal reviews, check-ins, and document system updates per agency standards; assist with billing and endorsements as needed.
• Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service and collaborate with the claims and service teams to minimize errors and omissions claims.
