Job summary

The Associate Account Manager provides prompt, accurate service to customers, producers and company personnel, growing insurance knowledge and supporting commercial accounts with a positive attitude.

The role focuses on servicing a book of Commercial Lines accounts, preparing submissions, endorsements, and renewals, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Must have current Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum two years' experience in Commercial Lines.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurance products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service a smaller book of Commercial Lines accounts and aid in collections.
• Service Small Business Units as part of your book.
• Prepare submissions for new business quotes and proposals for Commercial Lines.
• Initiate endorsement requests for Commercial Lines clients.
• Prepare and process cancellations as required.
• Maintain client activity in the agency automation system.
• Cross-sell and account round with other departments and producers.
