Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Lines team. You will drive growth and manage private client accounts, meeting monthly and annual production goals while mentoring associates on your team.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in Personal Lines insurance, a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and strong Excel/Word skills. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with at least 3 years in Personal Lines insurance.
• Current P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days is required.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and carrier relationships.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage private client accounts to meet monthly and annual production goals.
• Mentor associates on the team and serve as advisor to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners.
