Job summary

Jonus Group in Medina, OH is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to service an assigned book, build client relationships, and deliver outstanding service in a fully onsite role. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and quotes, coordinate with carriers, identify cross-sell opportunities, and assist with Commercial Lines when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably with an independent agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Familiarity with Personal Lines products, coverages, and carrier guidelines.
• Commercial Lines experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize daily responsibilities.
• Comfortable identifying sales opportunities and contributing to agency growth.
• Experience with agency management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of Personal Lines insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, coverage changes, and general insurance inquiries.
• Review existing policies and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage or improvements.
• Prepare insurance quotes, compare coverage options, and assist clients with new business opportunities.
• Work with insurance carriers to address client needs and resolve policy-related issues.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support agency growth.
• Provide assistance with Commercial Lines accounts when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
