Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes.
• Review policies and suggest coverage adjustments based on client needs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use Applied Epic to maintain client records and process transactions.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve requests.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and accountability in client interactions.
