Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team onsite in the United States. You will work closely with producers to service accounts, manage renewals, and ensure client satisfaction within a family-oriented environment backed by a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
• Experience in an agency or captive environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service standard personal lines accounts with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with producers to address client needs and ensure seamless account management.
• Handle some renewal business and assist with policy changes as needed.
• Utilize in-house quoting tools to support account servicing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (Vertafore AMS360).
• Participate in team-building meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
