Job summary

Stone Hendricks Group, an independent insurance broker, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to service a book of personal insurance accounts and collaborate with a Producer.

You will handle day-to-day client support, respond to coverage questions, process changes, and assist with renewals and reviews to ensure accurate, professional service.

This role requires at least 3 years of personal lines experience and an active Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience servicing personal lines accounts.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• CIC/CPCU or similar designations preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Ability to explain coverage clearly and provide practical guidance to clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
