Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience recommended.
• Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance experience helpful.
• Knowledge of regulatory and transparency standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a personal lines account management team to deliver high-quality client service.
• Support business growth and retention objectives through team leadership.
