Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Personal Lines Insurance coverages.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage private client accounts to meet monthly and annual production goals.
• Mentor associates on the team and act as advisor to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners.
• Understand the marketplace and provide consultative guidance to clients.
