Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Account Manager, Personal Lines Insurance, to grow and manage private client accounts while meeting monthly and annual targets. You will mentor associates, serve as advisor to clients, and build strong relationships with insurance carrier partners.

The role requires knowledge of Personal Lines, a valid license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and solid MS Office skills. Hybrid work and US work authorization are supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong Word and Excel skills.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
