Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience managing assigned accounts through the client life cycle.
• Solid coverage, underwriting and risk management knowledge.
• Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct presentations and speak to diverse groups.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products and agency systems.
• Excellent time management and organization; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships within your assigned book of accounts.
• Coordinate with Producers, Underwriters, Service Team members and other departments.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Complete applications, prepare submissions and renewals.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and prepare proposals.
• Assist with billing questions and policy changes as needed.
• Prepare exposure and premium comparisons, renewal reviews and proposals.
