Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines Insurance. You will drive growth and manage private client accounts, mentoring teammates and advising clients.

A deep marketplace understanding and strong carrier relationships are essential to success. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance, a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and excellent Excel/Word skills with US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Personal Lines/insurance industry.
• P&C License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong Word and Excel skills and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage private client accounts, meeting monthly and annual targets.
• Mentor associates on the team and advise clients and partners.
• Build relationships with insurance carrier partners and understand the marketplace.
