Cross Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Rhode Island to service new and renewing personal lines policies and build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams. The role requires maintaining a Property & Casualty license and ongoing CE, using AMS360 for workflow and coding, and meeting annual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Service personal lines insurance policies (new and renewal) and maintain relationships with customers, underwriters and professionals.
• Maintain Property & Casualty license and continuing education obligations.
• Follow AMS 360 action codes and complete open suspense items daily.
• Service and sell personal insurance products to clients and prospective customers.
• Collect payments and upload to company websites; record activity in AMS360.
• Aim to meet annual sales goals and manage a book of business.
