Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service policies for individual customers and maintain strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and professionals.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up for quotes, preparing renewal summaries, and creating new policy issuance instructions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and products, with strong sales and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of social media platform.
• Proven experience selling.
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Serves policies (new and renewal) for individual customers.
• Maintains relationships with customers, underwriters and professionals.
• Responds to customer inquiries and coverage questions.
• Prepares renewal summaries and proposals.
• Produces binders for new accounts and renewals.
• Manages processing instructions for policies as needed.
• Pursues prompt payment of agency bills and handles cancellations as required.
