Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service personal lines policies and build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and professionals. The role requires maintaining a valid Property & Casualty license with ongoing CE and proficiency in AMS360, Microsoft Office, and PL Rater.

You will service and sell insurance products, manage a book of business, and pursue sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience with personal lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Property & Casualty license and complete Continuing Education.
• Follow Cross Basic Procedure Manual and Personal Lines Workflow Manual.
• Use only approved Action Codes in AMS360.
• Follow up on open suspense daily.
• Serve and sell personal insurance products to clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with underwriters, marketing reps, service centers, and claims reps.
• Provide quality customer service and proactively retain accounts.
• Stay updated on new insurance products and market trends.
• Analyze coverage and policy forms to advise clients.
• Meet annual sales goals.
• Handle Broker of Record letters for assigned book of business.
