Cross Insurance in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to maintain the primary client relationship after a policy is established. You’ll service accounts, process changes, conduct reviews, and handle first claim reports with a proactive service mindset.

You’ll work to educate clients on sufficient limits, asset protection, and liability exposures while collaborating with Commercial and Financial Services to expand relationships across our private client book.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the primary relationship and be the point of contact with clients after an account is established.
• Pro-actively and re-actively service accounts; process changes.
• Conduct account reviews and take first claim reports.
• Solve issues as appropriate and advise clients on protecting assets.
• Educate on adequate coverage limits and liability exposures.
• Cross-sell with Commercial and Financial Services to expand relationships.
• Collaborate to expand the private client book across departments.
