Job summary

Benchmark Insurance Group of Texas seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to oversee an established book of business. You will review and advise on new business, renewals, and endorsements, delivering personalized service to clients.

Retention and exceptional customer service are our priorities. The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 5+ years of insurance service experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance service experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personal attention to prospective and existing customers.
• Quote new business and re-market existing business.
• Gather information and evaluate clients’ needs against available insurance products.
• Provide coaching on personal insurance policy options upon request.
• Complete various Acord forms accurately.
