Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an existing book of personal insurance and deliver exceptional client service in a collaborative team environment.

You will handle policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries while building strong client relationships and coordinating with carriers to resolve issues. A valid P&C license and prior Personal Lines experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance account management or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of Personal Lines insurance accounts.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
• Prepare and process new business, renewals, and policy updates.
• Review policies for accuracy and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Build lasting relationships with clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work closely with carriers and internal team members to resolve policy issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
