• Proficiency with common software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Endorse policies for clients as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with our existing client base.
• Prepare and discuss quotes for new and existing customers.
• Assist clients with their renewals.
• Document customer interactions in agency management software.
