Job summary

Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Insurance Account Manager to handle both personal and commercial lines clients in the Springfield area. You will manage relationships, tailor coverage, and ensure timely renewals with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include advising on policy options, coordinating with underwriters and claims, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed on industry regulations. Licensure in personal lines or willingness to obtain is required; CPCU/CISR a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager or similar role in insurance (personal & commercial lines).
• Knowledge of personal insurance products, coverage options, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Personal & Commercial Lines clients, guiding insurance products.
• Manage client accounts with renewals, endorsements, and updates.
• Develop customized insurance solutions to meet client needs and enhance coverage.
