Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Minnesota. You will manage a growing book of personal lines and small commercial accounts, delivering exceptional service via phone, in person, and email, and handling quotes for new and renewal business.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license, has at least 5 years in insurance, is proficient with Eclipse, and thrives in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with personal lines and small commercial accounts preferred.
• Proficiency in Eclipse software or similar platforms desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines and small commercial insurance accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, walk-ins, and other client interactions.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Assist with general day-to-day operations, including policy changes, claims assistance, and account reviews.
• Collaborate with top carriers such as AAA, Travelers, Westfield, West Bend, Selective, Safeco, and Progressive.
• Utilize Eclipse software for account management and operations.
