Job summary

Hilb Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in an in-office role at our Hubbard, TX location. The successful candidate will be motivated, organized, and able to effectively manage a busy workload while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities include understanding products, discussing options with customers, maintaining systems, and supporting growth through cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and independent task management.
• Reliable and timely attendance is required.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience with Windows-based computer applications
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• A strong attention to detail and strive to be error free
• Self-starter that is able to complete tasks independently
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out
