Job summary

Hilb Group in Hubbard, TX is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will manage client accounts, discuss product offerings, and provide elite service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas Property & Casualty license, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus), and prior insurance sales or service experience. This role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-\u2011office position.

Responsibilities

• Understanding products, procedures and best practices to remain focused on retention


• Discussing product offerings with potential customers


• Able to work efficiently while remaining thorough and accurate


• Providing elite customer service to our loyal customer base


• Follow agency standards related to agency management system maintenance


• Continuing to maintain and develop knowledge of Insurance products and services


• Supporting efforts to increase growth through the rounding out of current accounts

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas


• High school diploma or equivalent certification


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus


• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience


• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment


• Experience with Windows-based computer applications


• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks


• A strong attention to detail and strive to be error free


• Self-starter that is able to complete tasks independently


• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out
