The Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to join a growing insurance agency in a hybrid role. You will develop client relationships, tailor personal lines solutions, and contribute to business growth through referrals and cross-selling. In-office training is provided before a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a P&C license and has personal lines experience, with AMS360 a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 annually, plus commission.
