Responsabilités

• Work with prospective customers via inbound/outbound calls to collect personal insurance information.
• Serve as first point of contact for personal insurance quotes.
• Complete accurate intake of customer information for licensed advisors.
• Follow up with prospects to obtain outstanding information and maintain contact with leads.
• Enter and maintain prospect information and lead activity in CRM/AMS and other systems.
