Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a personable Personal Insurance Account Manager to service personal lines clients at our Amherst, MA office. You will quickly quote, cross-sell where appropriate, and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

You will negotiate with carriers for favorable rates, handle new and renewal submissions, and manage multiple carriers and rating systems to optimize coverage. A Property & Casualty license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely quotes and recognize cross-selling opportunities for personal lines customers.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates.
• Handle new and renewal submissions and bind/issue policies.
• Manage multiple carriers and rating systems to optimize coverage and pricing.
